NOTICE FOR WINDOWS PC INTERNET EXPLORER USERS: If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, you may experience problems when trying to download the Instructions to Authors. In order to view and print the Instructions to Authors, Explorer users should take the following steps:
1) With your mouse, RIGHT click on "Download the 2005 Instructions to Authors in PDF format. " A menu box will appear.
2) From the menu, select "Save Target As."
3) You will then be asked where you would like to save the file.
4) Once you have selected the location for the file, click the "Save" button.
5) You should now be able to open the file, either by clicking on the file or by opening it through Adobe Acrobat.
